Remembering Our Founder – Mr. R I T Alles

D.S. Senanayake College OBA – Black & Gold Victoria invites old boys, families and friends to a Buddhist religious event in memory of our founder, Mr. R I T Alles. He was a visionary and a leader, and his legacy lives on in generations of Senanayakians.

Mr. Alles founded D.S. Senanayake College, Colombo, on the ideal of “Country Before Self.” He devoted his life to educating generations and building a better tomorrow. As an alumni community in Melbourne, we gather to honour his memory and transfer merit to him through an evening of Sath Budu Wandana (veneration of the Seven Buddhas) and a Dhamma Sermon.

Please join us for this evening of reflection, gratitude and remembrance.
